  2. When the carrots are cooked, add sugar and toss well. Cook and stirr regularly until the mixture begins to thicken. Add ghee and cook for a few more minutes . This will give the halwa a rich taste and smooth texture.
  3. Add some cardamom powder, you can also add chopped almonds, cashew and pistachios for more richness and. When halwa comes together well you can turn of the flame.
  4. Serve the Gajar Halwa warm, you can also chill it in the refrigerator and serve it cold later. It is perfect for festivals, family gatherings, special occasions, or as a sweet treat after any meal.
