Ingredients Required for Paneer Paratha
Wheat flour is the main ingredient, used to create the soft dough for the paratha. You’ll need water, a little salt and oil to make the dough smooth and soft.
It Is made with fresh paneer as a stuffing. Paneer is grated and mixed with spices to give good taste. Common spices used are red chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, garam masala and coriander leaves.you can also add chopped green chilies, onions or ginger for an extra burst of flavour.
The paratha is cooked in the pan with butter or oil until golden brown and crispy. You can serve Paneer paratha with curd, pickle or chutney which enhances the flavour of the meal.
How to Prepare Paneer Stuffing for Paratha

For the Paneer filling
1cup grated paneer
1chopped green chili
2tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1teaspoon red chili powder

Take wheat flour in a bowl, Add some salt and some oil.You can Gradually add water and knead the flour into a soft dough. Cover the dough and set aside for about 15 minutes. This helps the dough to become soft and smooth.

Put the grated paneer in a separate bowl. Add chopped green chili, coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder and garam masala. Mix everything well, the stuffing becomes soft and flavorful.

Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a small circle,now you can Place some paneer stuffing in the middle. Close the edges carefully and flatten it gently. Roll it again into a round paratha using a rolling pin.

Keep the pan on medium flame. Cook the paratha well on both sides on the hot pan.Now add a little oil or butter and cook until golden brown .

Serve the paneer paratha hot, as it tastes best hot. It can be eaten with curd, pickle, tomato sauce or butter, Many people drink tea or lassi with it.

Note
Fresh paneer can be used for the stuffing. Fresh paneer gives a better taste as well as a softer texture. Grate or crumble the paneer well so that the stuffing mixes well with the spice.
Don’t add too much moisture to the stuffing. Wet stuffing can cause the paratha to break when rolling. If needed squeeze out the water from the onions before mixing with paneer.
I normally cook paneer paratha on a medium flame. This allows it to cook evenly from the inside and get crispy from the outside.– ghee or oil spread on both sides for better taste.
